The calibration of your Mini Pan-Tilt Mount is necessary to maintain accuracy of movements and optimal device performance. If you reposition it or move it to another location, you can manually perform a calibration by following the steps below.
Note: If your Pan-Tilt Mount loses power, it will automatically recalibrate when power is restored to it.
How to manually calibrate the Pan-Tilt Mount in the app
1. Tap the More buttonlocated in the lower right of your Mini Pan-Tilt Camera's thumbnail image on the home screen.
2. Select Device Settings and then Pan-Tilt Settings.
3. On the Pan-Tilt Settings screen tap Calibrate Pan-Tilt Mount.
4. Next, tap Calibrate at the bottom of the screen.
5. When calibration is successful, you will see a "Calibration complete" message at the bottom of the Pan-Tilt Settings screen.
Calibration Required alert
When your Pan-Tilt Mount requires calibration, the app will show an alert icon in both the Settings and Live View screens.
Troubleshoot from the Settings screen:
1. Tap the More buttonon the Home screen and select Device Settings.
2. Then select Pan-Tilt Settings and tap Calibrate Pan-Tilt Mount next to the alert icon.
3. Next select the Calibrate button at the bottom of the screen to begin the recalibration.
4. When the calibration is successful, you will see a "Calibration complete" message at the bottom of the Pan-Tilt Settings screen.
Troubleshoot from the Live View screen:
The following explains how to recalibrate from the Live View screen.
1. Tap the Play button located for the Mini Pan-Tilt Camera on the Home screen. Live Views can also be accessed when tapping on motion alerts sent to your mobile device.
2. You will see an alert icon in the center of your Live View controls indicating a recalibration is required.
3. Next, tap Calibrate at the bottom of the screen to begin the recalibration.

4. When calibration is successful, you will see a "Calibration complete" message at the bottom of the Live View screen.
