Purchasing through Blink.com (United States only)
Important: If you already have an active Blink plan from Amazon or Apple, you must first cancel the previous plan before you purchase a plan on Blink.com.
To purchase a plan through Blink.com:
- From your web browser, visit Blink.com.
- Log in with your Blink email and password.
- If prompted to verify, enter the verification code you received via SMS/voice call or email, then click Verify Code.
- Click Subscribe.
- Select either plus ai, plus, basic ai, or basic, available in monthly or yearly options, then click Continue.
- Note: basic ai and basic plans through Blink.com are limited to one camera and cannot be transferred. To cover a different camera, you must cancel your current basic ai or basic plan and purchase a new one. Learn more about purchasing multiple basic plans.
- Select the Blink camera you'd like to attach to your plan, then click Continue.
- Choose your renewal period and add a payment method, then select Purchase Subscription.
If you're under a Blink no-cost trial and you purchase a Blink plan, the plan will activate when the trial ends and you will be charged then.
Note: XT, XT2, and Indoor (1st Gen) cameras can be added to any plan (plus ai, plus, basic ai, or basic) when purchased through Blink.com. When purchased through Amazon or Apple, these cameras can only be added to plus ai or plus plans.

Purchasing through Amazon
Blink plans cannot be purchased on the Amazon marketplace app. If you're using a mobile device, you must use a browser such as Safari or Chrome when purchasing a plan. Amazon Business accounts, Amazon Store Cards, and Amazon Secured Cards cannot be used to purchase Blink plans.
Note: Before you begin, if you haven't already, link your Amazon and Blink accounts. In the Blink app, go to Settings, then Account and Privacy, then Amazon Account Linking. Tap Agree and Continue.
Your Blink plan must be chosen, attached, and purchased using the same Amazon.com account that is linked to your Blink account. Learn more about linking your Blink and Amazon accounts.
To purchase a Blink plan through Amazon:
- Select the region you live in. You will be directed to Amazon to sign in and complete your purchase for that region.
- Choose a Blink plan. You can choose from plus ai, plus, basic ai, or basic, available in monthly or yearly options (plus ai and basic ai are available in the United States only, and are not available in Illinois due to state-specific legislation). - Choose the camera you'd like to attach to your plan (basic ai and basic plans only; plus ai and plus cover all cameras on your account), then select Continue checkout.
- Review your order and payment information, then select Place your order.
After completing the steps above, your Blink plan is active. If you are within your no-cost trial period, you will be charged when it ends. Learn about linking a Blink plan after purchasing it.

In-App Purchased Plans
If you currently have a Blink subscription through Apple, you'll need to cancel your existing subscription and wait for it to expire before you can purchase a new AI plan. You cannot purchase an AI plan while an active Apple subscription is in place. Your current subscription will remain active until the end of your billing period. Once it expires, you can purchase the new AI plan.

If you purchased a plus plan in the Blink app, you can view and cancel your subscription directly on your Apple iOS device. When you cancel a subscription plan, all refunds are handled through Apple. Learn more about Apple billing and subscriptions.
You can also view and manage your Blink subscription in the app by tapping Settings and select Blink Subscription Plans. At the bottom of the Plan Details section, your Subscription Channel displays Apple when you purchase your plan in-app. Tap Manage subscription to view the Subscriptions screen on your iOS device, where you can manage your purchased plus or plus ai plan.
Subscriptions can also be changed from monthly to yearly, or yearly to monthly plans from the Subscriptions screen in your Blink app. New plan changes take effect after current plans reach the end of their billing cycles.
Note: When purchased through Apple, XT, XT2 and (1st Gen) Indoor cameras can only be added to a plus or plus ai plan subscription.
