Blink Return Policy

Our expanding product line provides full home coverage where you need it. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your product purchased from Blink, you can return it.

  • If you ordered through Amazon, log into your Amazon account and go to Your Orders page. Locate your Blink order and click "Return or Replace Items" to initiate your return. Click to learn more about returns on
  • For QVC customers, log into your account and choose Order Status from the drop down options.
  • If you purchased Blink products through our other official sales partners, please contact them directly or visit their website regarding their return policies.

If you ordered your Blink System/Cameras through our TV offer, please contact Blink’s Special TV Offer Support Team at 800-605-6879 available 24 hours / 7 days a week, to request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) and instructions on how to return the product for a full refund less the original shipping and handling fee (if applicable). No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number.

1-Year Limited Warranty

Our Blink systems also come with a 1 year limited warranty (2 years for EU/UK).
