Photo Capture FAQ

Important: Photo Capture is exclusive to Basic, Plus or trial subscription plans and is not supported by devices using Local Storage.

What is Photo Capture?

Photo Capture is a Blink Subscription feature that creates daily video summaries by taking automatic hourly snapshots over a 24-hour period. Available only for Mini 2, Mini 2K+, Outdoor 4, Video Doorbell and Indoor/Outdoor (3rd Gen) cameras. This feature is on by default for these compatible cameras, except for the Video Doorbell or legacy accounts (created before 15 April 2020). It must be manually turned on for these exceptions.
