The LEDs on the Sync Module are located on the top of the device. Below is a chart explaining the meanings of the LED indicators, along with corresponding links to relevant support articles for troubleshooting.
Note: The light pattern is the same for both Sync Module (1st Gen) and Sync Module 2.
