The Blink Mini 2K+ camera can be mounted on walls, ceilings, or flat surfaces, both indoors using the provided power adapter, and outdoors when paired with the Blink Weather-Resistant Power Adapter (sold separately or as part of a bundle).

Before mounting your Mini 2K+, ensure optimal placement:

• Place within Wi-Fi range.
• Ensure the camera is near a power source.
• Mount up to 10ft (3m) high, aim at target area.
• Keep out of direct sunlight.

Mounting your camera

1. Detach the camera from the base by carefully pulling them apart in opposite directions.
2. Hold the base in your palm and, applying gentle pressure, rotate the base's top cover counterclockwise to separate it from the mounting plate.
3. Secure the mounting plate to the wall using the provided screws (when mounting on drywall or soft surface).
4. Reattach the base's top cover by positioning it over the mounting plate and twisting clockwise until locked.
5. Once the base is secured, press the Mini 2K+ onto the mounting point until it clicks into place.

Outdoor and ceiling mounting

For outdoor installation, use the Blink Weather-Resistant Power Adapter (sold separately or as part of a bundle), which includes a mounting kit with screws, anchors and cable clips. Secure it to a wall, then plug into an outdoor-rated outlet.

When mounting your Mini 2K+ on a ceiling or overhead surface, you may need to flip the camera's video orientation. Here's how:

1. From the Home Screen, tap the More (...) button on your Mini Camera thumbnail.
2. Tap Device Settings.
3. Tap Video and Photo Settings.
4. Toggle Flip Video to turn it on.
