You can cancel your Blink plan from Blink.com, Amazon, or Apple, depending on where you purchased it. Blink no-cost trials can be canceled from the Blink app. For other plan management options like updating your payment method or changing your plan, visit Manage your Blink plan.
What happens when I cancel my Blink plan?
When you cancel your Blink plan, you lose access to features including:
- Cloud storage for up to 60 days for United States, Canada, Mexico, Australia, and New Zealand; 30 days for all other regions.
- Person and Vehicle Detection.
- Ai-powered features (available with plus ai and basic ai in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom, and not available in Illinois due to state-specific legislation).

How to cancel a plan on Blink.com
To cancel a Blink plan purchased on Blink.com:
- From your web browser, visit Blink.com and log in with the email and password for your Blink account.
- If prompted to verify, enter the verification code you received via text message, WhatsApp, or email, then click Verify Code.
- If you do not receive a code, the Resend Code button will appear after 90 seconds. Click it to request a new one.
- At the top, click My Plan.
- Under "Plan Details," click Cancel My Plan.
- An explanation page displays the devices that will lose coverage. Click Cancel Plan.
A confirmation page displays that your plan has been canceled and you will receive an email notification.
After you cancel, plan benefits will continue until the end of the plan's next renewal date. During this time, you can reactivate your plan. After the renewal date passes, you can purchase a new plan on Blink.com.
Note: You will not be automatically refunded for any unused portion of your plan if you cancel on Blink.com.
How to cancel a plan on Amazon
To cancel a Blink plan purchased on Amazon:
- In the Amazon app or website, visit the Your Memberships & Subscriptions page in your Amazon account to view your current plan. Then select Cancel Subscription for the plan you want removed from your account.
- You will be given an option to cancel immediately or on your next renewal date. Select the Confirm cancellation button.
- A list of cancellation reasons will display. After you make your selection, select the Submit cancellation reason button to cancel the plan.
After your plan is canceled, you will receive an email notification confirming the cancellation.
Once your plan is canceled, you have the option to purchase a new plan on Blink.com or Amazon. Information about refunds, if any, is provided below:
- Monthly subscribers: When you cancel, Blink plan benefits stop immediately and you will receive a prorated refund from Amazon.
- Yearly subscribers: When you cancel, Blink plan benefits stop immediately and you will receive a prorated amount from Amazon in monthly increments based on the time remaining in your plan.
- Multi-year subscribers: If you purchased a 2- or 3-year plan on Amazon and cancel it, your plan will end at the end of your billing cycle, with no refunds provided.
How to cancel a plan purchased through Apple
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
- Tap your name.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Find your Blink subscription and tap Cancel Subscription.
