If you receive an "Unsupported Browser" or "Page Could not be Found" error when signing into the Blink app on your Android device, you may be using an incompatible browser.
Other compatible browsers:
- Amazon Silk (Fire tablets only)
- Firefox (App versions after August 16, 2023)
- Samsung
Installing Google Chrome on your Android device
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- Search for Google Chrome.
- Tap Install.
- Once installed, reopen the Blink app and attempt to sign in again. If the issue persists, set Chrome as your default browser.
If you are still experiencing issues after setting Chrome as your default browser, adjust your Android settings to allow Blink to open supported links automatically:
- Go to your Android Settings.
- Select Apps.
- Select the Blink app.
- Select Open by Default.
- Toggle on Open supported links.
Alternative login method
If you still can't sign in, try using the alternative login method:
- If an "Unsupported Browser" message appears, tap X in the top left to close it.
- From the Sign In screen, tap the question mark icon
in the upper-right corner.
- Tap Try Another Way.
- Enter your email and password and tap Sign in. If you forgot your password, tap Forgot your password?
