Before setting up IFTTT applets, ensure your IFTTT account is connected to your Blink account. If your accounts are not linked, you can do so by following the steps below. 

Linking IFTTT and Blink Accounts

1. Download the IFTTT app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
2. Open the app and create an IFTTT account or sign in if you already have one.
3. On the IFTTT dashboard, click on Explore.
4. In the search bar, type Blink. If you're in Europe, search for Blink (Europe).
5. Select the Blink service from the results, then tap on Connect.
6. Sign in using your Blink account credentials (email and password).
7. Enter the PIN sent to your mobile device or email to authenticate your Blink account.
8. Tap on Grant Access to link Blink with IFTTT.
9. Once connected, you can use preset applets or create your own.
